Be Physically fit!

  • Benefits of being physically fit:
  • Control Your Weight.

  • Reduce Your Risk of Some Cancers.
  • Strengthen Your Bones and Muscles.
  • Improve Your Mental Health and Mood.



Last July 27, our school held our program for the celebration of Nutrition Month. Our school happened to be very fond of physical activities like "Dancercise", "Zumba", "Physical games".
During the second part of our program all the grade levels from 7-10 played games like tug of war and catching the dragon's tail. Since we are in grade 10 already we are asked to play catching the dragon's tail. The purpose of that game is to have team work with your group.
